We understand life happens and plans change. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect to everyone’s time, we kindly ask for at least a 48 hours notice for canceling or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients may be patiently waiting for an opening. Cancellations and no-shows * Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. * Please call if you’re running late. Arriving late may result adjustments within your service * Arriving 15 minutes past schedule time without notice will be considered a no-show and scheduled service will be canceled * No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost and future bookings may require a nonrefundable deposit. Booking confirmations * To maintain smooth and efficient scheduling, all appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. * Unconfirmed appointments are subject to cancellation at salon’s discretion.
